About Us

Although model flying clubs existed in Maidstone pre-war the present Maidstone Model Fling Club was formed in 1966 and is one of the largest clubs in Kent with over 120 members.

All flying disciplines are persued - fixed wing, helicopter, jet, electric etc.. The club fly's from 3 sites near the town and flying is usually possible on any day of the week. The club is affiliated to the British Model Flying Association (BMFA) and can offer tuition to new members.
